Will you deliver my exotic car rental earlier or later than the delivery hours?<\/a><\/h3>\n

YES! In addition to our free vehicle delivery between 9:30 am and 10:00 pm, we are happy to delivery your exotic rental car outside of our normal hours for an additional $100 or more on your total bill. Let us know what you need, and we’ll work to accommodate you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Why is there a delivery window of two hours?<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

L.A. traffic for starters. Of course, we would love for you to be able to choose the exact minute to begin your reservation, but unfortunately, we found it necessary to build a 2-hour window for delivery to account for unforeseen events out of our control like L.A. traffic, random flat tires, or a number of other unpredictable issues. Experience has taught us that customers get less frustrated when we encounter one of these delays if we have a delivery window rather than expecting delivery within a one-minute window.\u00a0 We’ll do our best to deliver your beautiful car towards the beginning of that window.\/tg_accordion]<\/p>\n

Life happens and I have a family emergency, can I cancel?<\/a><\/h3>\n

Unfortunately, no. There are no cancellations.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

How many miles can I drive my sweet exotic or luxury rental?<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

Ford Mustangs get unlimited mileage, and all of our other rentals get 100 miles free per day. After the 100-mile limit, additional mileage rates apply. Exceeding 200 miles per day results in a $3 per mile surcharge in addition to the standard rates. All mileage rates are withdrawn from your security deposit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Are hourly rentals offered?<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

Yes! We do offer hourly rentals for some specific cars. Our exotic cars are a popular choice for this option.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

And if I only want the car for one hour?<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

At this time, we do not offer hourly rentals at our Los Angeles location.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Why is there a security deposit?<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

As you might imagine, we have a lot invested in our exotic cars and are taking a big risk. The security deposit is refundable and normally ranges between $500-$2000 depending on your insurance. Once we inspect the vehicle upon return, you can expect your security deposit to be returned within 3-5 business days after minor damages and extra mileage charges are removed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Will my regular car insurance cover the rental of an exotic car like a Lamborghini?<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

Absolutely! If you have comprehensive car insurance, your coverage will still apply to the vehicle that you rent from us. Be aware that your policy must include Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Coverage and Collision Protection for this to be valid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Can I rent an exotic car to take my date to the prom or special event if I’m under 21, even if my relative will rent the car for me and I promise not to drive the car?<\/a><\/h3>\n

Sadly, we don’t offer prom rentals anymore. Nevertheless, if a parent wants to make the night even more memorable for you by operating as your “chauffeur,” they can rent one of our superlative luxury vehicles!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

If I have insurance, then why am I billed for damages?<\/a><\/h3>\n
\n

At times, some minor issues arise when our rental cars are returned. Fortunately, these repairs can be resolved quickly and cost-effectively so that the security deposit more than covers those costs, which helps ensure a speedy return to service for your car. After you’ve settled your invoice with us, feel free to contact your insurance company for compensation for the charges incurred from repair work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Is there a sales tax added on even if I pay with all cash?<\/a><\/h3>\n
